From Kathmandu drive to Arughat Bazaar by bus which takes about eight hours and trek to Arkhet Bazar which takes about two hours. |

Trek from Arkhet Bazar to Machha Khola and it takes about six hours. |

Trek from Machha Khola to Yaru khola which takes about six hours. |

Day 04 |
Trek from Yaru khola to Lokpa and it takes about seven hours. |

Day 05 |
Trek from Lokpa to Chumling (Lower Tsum) which takes about five hours. |

Trek from Chumling to Chhokangparo (Upper Tsum) and it takes about seven hours. |

Trek from Chhokangparo to Nile/Chhule, visit Milarepa Piren Phu Cave on the way and it takes about five hours. |

Trek from Dumje to Philim (cross Ripchet) and it takes about eight hours. |

Trek Philim to Deng (2095m.) and it takes about six hours. |

Trek Deng to Lhogaon (3100m.) via Namrung (2900m.). it takes about eight hours. |

Trek Lhogaon to Samdo (3690m.) via Samagaon (3390m.) which takes about eight hours. |
